In today's
fast-paced world where everyone is busy striving for
oneself and not having time to connect with fellow human
beings, it is inevitable for one to feel disconnected and
lonely.
Our loving God knows our
loneliness and heartaches. Knowing Him and embracing His
promise to never leave or forsake us, we need not be lonely
anymore. He stays lovingly by our side, keeping
us company wherever we may be. This is the theme of our 5th
album "In Love, In God's Company".
This album took 3 plus
years
in the making. In terms of effort and cost, the production
was
one of the
most laborious
we had experienced. We had injected some jazzier songs
which younger people might love. With our old friend
Su Heng's help, our member Qiao Yun wrote the harmony
for some of the
songs. This album also featured a Cantonese and a Hokkien
track.
We truly hope the Chinese
congregations will like the songs. God's presence makes our
lives worthwhile. With God by our side, we are not lonely.
三年多的時間，從收歌到出版，這張專輯無論是時間，精力或金
錢上都可算是歷來耗資最多的一次，完成後有如釋重負之感，又
好如婦女十月懷胎之苦，恨不得這是此生的最後一次！ 但看到
孕育出來的成品，心中的喜悅卻也忘卻了間中的艱辛。 感謝天
父，因祂的恩典超過我們所求所想，這才叫我們能繼續又朝下一
張專輯的目標構思前進。
孤單已成為現代人的生活寫照，在強調急速效率的環境中，獨立
行事，多方面快而準的作業方式， 造成人與人之間的疏離，孤立
漸漸形成，個人主義，自我中心的抬頭，功利權益成為填補孤單
心靈的戰利品，內心深處在迷茫中尋找可以靠岸的方向，耶穌
－－你我生命的導航者，讓生命永不再孤單。
基督的愛給孤單的生命注入了豐盛活力，生命中若有同心同行的
伴是何等的美事！事奉者的生命會孤單，肢體間的關係會冷漠，
彼此服侍關懷的動力會退，耶穌－生命中的力量，祂要成為...
你事奉中的良伴。 <愛不再孤單> 第五張國語創作專輯，延續了
以往的歌唱風格，也嘗試加入一些新的元素：歌曲年輕化，讓新
進的年輕同工有參與的機會，為以後的傳承鋪路，而在制作人
蘇恆的引導下，同工巧雲也嘗試編寫和聲。 另廣東及閩南語的
詩歌也成為這張專輯的特色。
這張專輯是等待多時的成果，也是回轉服侍國語群體的時候，
感謝神為我們開出路。有祂同在，生命不再留白，有祂同行，
生命不再孤單。
